Our essential home care management package includes:- Collecting the keys for your apartment from the developer or real estate office
- Making set of 2 copies of the keys for the apartment
- Initial full inventory check of your property and its contents
- Mailing a report of the inventory and a report of the condition of the apartment and its content
Regular property inspection when unoccupied:- Ventilate and air the property
- Check Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living and Dining Room, Hallway, Terrace, etc.
- Examine all furniture and furnishings for wear and tear
- Check for pests and vermin and recommend remedial action
- Make sure all your lights and water supply points are working, taps, bath, shower, bides are functioning and flush the toilets;
- Make sure all of your electrical equipment, boiler and electro domestic appliances are in working order
- Make sure all your security services and alarm system equipment are fully functional
- Check for humidity and water the indoor plants
- Make sure your monthly bills for electricity, water and telephone are paid in time
- Collect your new mail regularly and forward it to you
- Detailed Monthly Owner Report with recommendations and advice about any necessary repairs
- Pre – seasonal complete maintenance check of your property
