Snagging is inspecting an off-plan property for defects and snags in final finishing of the property and ensuring that all developer specifications are met.

The building company is not obliged to inform you about the defects of the property that may have, however the Developer is obligated to finish off all defects and snags supply to them by your snag inspection surveyor report.

The snag list

is the list of the things that you are not happy with when your property is completed.

We offer preparation of snag lists for your new property in Sofia, Pamporovo, Bansko, Borovetz, Varna, Burgas, Byala, Obzor, Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Ravda, Aheloi or Pomorie. We physically visit the property, check all areas carefully and make a list of all the things that have not been completed, do not look right or are not done according to the plans and the Developer specification. We also take pictures of all the problems in question and finally prepare a detailed report and snag list. One of the copies (in English) we send to the owner (our report and photos are sent by e-mail to you) and the other copy is in Bulgarian language and we hand it to the developer or project manager who is responsible for getting the work done and fix the problems. We allow 15 days for all issues to be done and problems to be fixed after which we inspect to see it has been done right. Once all improvements are made we accept the property and report to you of what’s been done. We certainly take the hassle away from your Bulgarian ownership and safe you time avoiding any unpleasant surprises.
